Asifa Nabeel Collection at PFDC Loreal Paris Bridal Week 2015

Asifa & Nabeel showcased “Venetian Dreams” at PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week 2015. Venetian balconies were the inspirational port for the collection. Fluttering, Vibrant Colors were drawn from the balconies and fused within ethnic jeweled pieces. ‘Venetian Dreams’ featured embroideries with a mirror a wild garden, consisting of sprouting jewels and gems. The work was embellished with various knotting, paired up with unconventional ways of dabka, kora and kaamdani on soft and sensuous fabric, accompanied by embellished 3D flowers that portrays femininity and fill life into our work. The pallet can be put as, “Queen and her rags.” The collection showcased a marriage between the pretty pinks and the dark ebony.
